Full Journal pdf2008-04-12 House Journal Page 2943 HB 294 A message dated April 12, 2008, was read stating the Senate passed CSSSHB 294(TRA) am with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 294(FIN) am S "An Act establishing the Alaska Marine Transportation Advisory Board and setting out its powers and duties; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." HB 294 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 294(TRA) am, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 294(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 294(TRA) am?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSSSHB 294(FIN) am S was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
